Triad Engineers is one of the leading manufacturers of Bogie Hearth Furnaces in India. The furnaces are fully customizable, for both single and double door with single and double bogies.

Before loading the Bogie, the hearth is removed from the furnace and the load is placed in it by means of overhead crane. The Bogie is then pushed into the furnace, keeping the furnace atmosphere airtight when required. After treatment, the discharge can be done on either door based on the requirement and design.

The furnace can be offered with electrical heating elements/fuel burner systems with optional air circulation fans. The Bogie is sealed to prevent any heat loss during operation.
